HELP me in google Serps Pls

    I. i run http://www.britneyfans.org and i just get 300uniques per day. U may think its good, but with the keyword that i rank " Britney Spears" in google.com i was supposed to get thousands of hits per day. I currently rank between page 4 and 6 for google.com with britney spears keyword. How can i improve it to Top 20?. Cause lots of people just open the first 2 pages of google results.

    My website is a bit 2 slow. Is that a problem?

    Please someone help me.

    Try to linkbait the site with compelling content and throw it up on any of the social bookmarking sites.

    Does A load of 1.8seconds Penalize it?

    Should i get rid of tables and design it with DIVS?

    Should i reduce the number of displaying news to make it lighter?

    try to get more relevant links, write articles for your website, and then submit them to article directories. Read "Link Building" section of this website to find places where you can submit your articles, and other link building tips.

    I dont think google penalizes for a slow loading page :?

    Hello,

    As I can see there are around 150.000 searched a day for this keyword britney spears, you need to inverst time and money in build link... add more pages, there are many keyword related for britney spears like limousine britney spears, there are around 100 searched a day :), and this keyword is very easy to rank...

    It's not particularly in Google's favour to rank sites well that take years (ages) to load .... after 10 seconds of load time (as in content not pictures) you will typically lose 90% of visitors, I think the load time would have to be seriously long though to effect SERPS that being said I always work to the 10 second rule and try to keep page sizes to a maximum of 30K.

    The website loads pretty slowly yes, but i personally don't think that will affect your ranking. I'd say you should deffinately lose the tables and switch to divs, speed things up a bit (just incase you are being slapped for having a website that loads a little slower than others).

    Get some some strong and relevant backlinks. Try and get the big boys above you in the search engines to exchange links with you, or, you could pay them for a link.
