I think you have way too much ad space at the top of your page (http://www.autosurftalk.org). If I were a visitor, I might find it a bit off-putting. If I were you, I would focus first on building your content, traffic and community. The ads can come later. Without content, traffic and community, you won't have anything to monetize anyway. Just my $0.02.
First of all you need to sort yourself out with a basic template, the site is all jumbled, it will scare visitors at first sight
You've got far too much ad space at the top and the layout is a little crude. For the price it costs to buy a template these days, it may be better to do that than go with this.
TOO MUCH ADSENSE. You dont even worry about adsense untill you've developed your page, found a ninch, and been indexed. Besides, if half the screen (vertically) is convered in adsense, people are gonna say "F it" and leave the page. Jared
