Help me in building an adsense revenue sharing website

After some blogging i am now interested in making a website featuring computer tweaks.I like to allow registered users to publish their tweaks(and share revenue).I would like to display their and mine ads on the site.It would be like an article site with Revenue sharing as in DP.I am looking forward for some free script for this purpose.And suggestions on how the site should be are always welcome..
