For the past couple of months i've been spending my time reading seo/marketing books, learning seo from numerous sources (Including all of the SEO Elite lessons), and done a significant amount of research on my competition/niche. I have come up with a couple of ways to get my automotive parts site out in the spotlight quickly upon launch, and would like to have some opinions/suggestions/additions on what i have come up with. -Here's what i have so far, care to add to it?- - Post On Multiple Automotive Sites With My Sites Link In Signature - Use Social Bookmarking - Digg Advertisement - Immediate Submission To dMoz - Backlink on my blogs - I have written numerous articles that clearly give information on highly searched automotive topics. These articles will contain backlinks with different anchor text in each article using combinations of my keywords(Intakes, Body, Kits, Turbochargers, Suspension, Parts, Carbon, Fiber) -Using SEO Elite to contact sites with my competitions backlinks, and have my link listed.
Try to do social bookmarking too. YOu could sign up on digg.com. You could post your ads there for free. Hope it helps. GoodLuck!
You can also try the article submission and press release. Since you have a blog you can also social bookmark it. Try the related category forums and answer community.
