Hi! Everyone I posted below to 2 different forums,but no one replied they experienced the same. Please come out and tell me that you experienced the same. I am worried if I am the only one on the planet to have suffered from CJ problem. Leads counts on Home page On home page just after you log in,you can see item “Leads†in “Quick Stats†table on the right. And you see Lead counts. 2. Leads counts “Performance Reports†page Also You click tab “Run Reports†and tab “Performance Reports†and you can see Leads counts in a different way. The problem is they are different numbers. It is 18 so this equates $9(=18 leads x $0.5/Lead). What if 18 leads is 18 sales(I know it is too optimistic!!) as they are saying there is a bug in their system. I AM VERY MUCH WORRIED as it took 50 days for them to reply me, though normally they respond quickly. I started wondering this might be isolated case and I might be the only person suffering. They answered because I emailed them again for follow up. Next day I got the similar reply. This number of Leads discrepancy has been happening to me over 80 days, starting last early March. I still do not understand of the timing of their announcement as I raised this issue 60 days ago. So I do not feel comfortable unless I know some other people are suffering the same. CJ can be horribly slow to reply. But there isn't much you can do about that. If you want a better response you have to pick up the telephone and call them. They claim they are tracking correctly whether what you see is correct or not. So what can you do? It's they sandbox and their toys... if you want to play you have to play by their rules.
Thank you for you post,but I understand that you have not experienced what I am still going through. They admitted the flaw,sending me an email (after I sent them screen shots as evidence) AND announcing publicly in member login Home page. I do not bother sending screen screen shots as proof. All the discrepancy are related to Yahoo products and there might be something wrong with CJ and Yahoo? I am not sure. I really worried IF I AM THE ONLY PERSON WHO IS SUFFERING FROM THIS. This forum is the 3rd one where I asked people to come out to tell me the are experiencing the same. BUT NOONE!!!!!!
If the numbers are different between the reports, then your settings are different between the reports. Slow down and look more closely at what you are doing. .. and IGNORE that report on the first page, because it is NEVER right!
Could you please confirm if you PERSONALLY EXPERIENCED DISCREPANCY OF NUMBERS FOR LEADS/SALES during March,April and May ? OR Are you saying you experienced the similar before when you say "....IGNORE that report on the first page, because it is NEVER right! " Again No one from 3 forums including this posted the same experience as mine during March,April and May which CJ publicly admitted and announced in their site.
