help me i cant transfer copy account from another server

    If it i just one account why do not you simply generate a backup and then copy it manually it is really not that difficult.

    Are you using WHM? Do you have root access to the source server? You can grab the site from the source if you just know the package username and password.

    Make sure cpbackup is not running on remote server. If you have root access you can check it using following command in SSH:

    ps auxf | grep cpbackup
