Help me hire the best system administrator! Really important for me :)

    Hello,
    I am going to conduct an interview tomorrow for hiring a sys admin. I have narrowed the candidates to 5 but would like to make them answer some questions which will show for sure how capable they are.

    This is a big step for me, because this is the starting personnel which I will use in my newly created company.

    Can anyone suggest some kind of questions would be suitable for me to ask, and which will reveal alot about the person so I am sure that he is the right person?

    Please be so kind to sugges questions and the best possible answers to these questions.

    BTW, you could also take a look at platinumservermanagement.com
    They have quite good reputation :)

    Go to brainbench.com and ask them to give the certification exams. Pretty hard to find answers.

    Recommended. I've got 4 so far: Win XP Fundamentals, HTML 4.0, Linux Server Admin, Computer Tech. Support

    Not advertising them but really impressed with the level of questions they ask and the way they manipulate the results.
