help me, government recruitment in finance crisis

    Hello, dp member .
    Now it is finance crisis time . But our government is going to recruiting more staff .
    Only those who pass the exams get the chance of face to face interview .
    I know there is a procedure in other countries all the public servant must take exams before they get the government job .

    The question is
    What is the name of the exam in your country ?
    (Although it is not related to my country, I can have reference .)
    Could you give me some sites niche on the exams ?
