Help me getting links from .us site

Hello I have an art related website and can't get it promoted in AOL (US Google). On other countries Google, everything is fine excepting the AOL. I need some stong links (or many links in directories) from US sites.

Can anyone provide me a list of US based directories both free or paid? If the list is well done I can also pay for this. All the directories should be SEO and US based. Or can anyone help me getting well ranked in AOL or strong link for US based sites?

you can find from local business directory...like yellow pages, and etc.

 

I would also suggest that you look for directories that specialize on listing sites on a topic in keeping with your website aka niche directories.

 

Do a google search for "art directory add URL".... This willl probably list all art related websites where you can add your website...
