Couple things. Why are you not using a wordpress for these sites? They don't look very clean for google to crawl. I'd move them to wordpress and then start doing some better onpage SEO. There is also very limited content written. That won't help you get ranked. It needs to be a rich site.

um......looked at one site. So you don't even have a way for people to contact you?
google will think this page looks like junk and not rank you for it.

Have you tried private blog networks like ALN? It worked for me. There are people who sell services to put your article in ALN. How about your pages? Are they also optimized for SEO. The key is to keep building quality links. Don't go spamming blog comments. Also you have too little content. Sites with unique high quality SEO optimized content will rank better.

Focus on getting high PR backlinks. Join some networks like buildmyrank etc.

Hate to break it to you buddy, but your site looks pretty sloppy. Google is doing everything they can to make sure that the right pages land on first page. You can do all the link building you want, it won't do much if your site isn't up to par.

Get better content, use a real CMS like Wordpress and I would suggest you invest in a complete makeover before it's too late. 5th page isn't that bad, especially for a site of that quality. The days of tricking search engines are over my friend, it's all about user experience these days...

Try to add some more unique content content and build high PR links to your website regularly, dont submit at a time 50 sites and dont use any tools for link building.

Have you already analyze your competition? Because, if you are already doing those strategies and still no use, the maybe the competition in your chosen keyword is tough.

Try to analyze again and see who are your top competitors. Check out their activity, how many backlinks do they have and see what sites are linking to them. And you got yourself a new strategy :)
