Help me for How to Start new PPC Campaign and what is main PPC Reports?

I am totally new in this area.​

I am very New in PPC Google AdWords can you help me for how to start brand new PPC Campaign for my sites.

I already registered in Google AdWords but I don't know it in exact manner that how to start with this campaign.

And Please specify me that which is free PPC Key Words Tracker Tool for tracking particular Key words with IP locater. That on which IP I got the hit for my bidding key words.

And what is the main PPC Reports that I have to consider for batter PPC Campaign ( like ROI Report etc.)
Please help me like providing your main PPC report csv.

I am totally new in this area.

Please help me to learn this concept.

If you have some money to invest please search for Perry Marshall on Google. He has a very good book on Google Adwords

It is so simple, it is as simple as to creating a gmail a/c, don't worry go
https://adwords.google.com/select/Login adwords a/c follow the step for sign up

and keywords/placements report is the best report for any campaign.

i came across this free book http://www.ppcleveller.com though he wants your email address before he sends you the book. Ive downloaded it just now
