    Why you would want ugly theme boggles me. Anyhow, it appears they made that theme with FlexSqueeze.. Google them, $130 for that service is *ugh*.

    Not 100% sure, but I believe it's the flexibility 1 theme, or flexibility 2 theme customized without the featured sections & page tabs..
