The site looks a little messy if you dont mind me saying. i dont really know what to focus on. this itself can drive people away from a site.

 

try to get more traffic to your site and make sure your ads placement is position well in the page.

 

10$ is really high. Is that really true? If we make a site for vodaphone, then in 10 clicks we will have 100$

 

I am not even getting 50cent per day... so try to be happy that you are better than me... but you can try up for buying some traffic if you have money to invest..... Or you can try to submit your site some free site submission or site publishing sites.. if you need some of them. contact me.

 

Because you haven't learned anything new since you start adsense.

Did you create new sites? Did you learn seo and learn how to bring more traffic to your site? If you just add the adsense and expecting it will increase by itself that's never gonna happen.

Adsense is not an easy business like most people think.
