    Okay I need two solutions;

    1. I need a CMS for managing articles and stuff, the basic cms things but also needs to be customizable for users to create projects and stuff like http://sourceforge.net/

    2. I need a CMS that is brandable for client for article / resource managment.

    Please post all suggestions :)
