Hi, I have a unique website that is growing everyday. I need a programmer that can put together a script on the site for me. The website uses E107 CMS Excellent knowledge in php Someone that has extensive knowledge of paypal Basically I'd like to make a fee or add a small percentage to every payment made through my site.
