Help me find a PPC company i heard.

    few days ago i ran across a website wich you could buy PPC ads on selected website, sometimes at 0,01$/click.

    Can you help me find that company?

    No clue on the the name but guess its from USA. You can browse website and choose where you want a campaign

    Isn't that the same as site targetting? Only you don't pay per click but impressions so I could be wrong.

    Do you know other companies who have marketplace to find where to put ads?
