Hi. Maybe you guys can help me here. CJ is useless for support! :( I have called them to resolve this problem and they are lost and tell me they will call me back but never do and it's been a week already I'm having this problem.

I can log in to my cj account fine but when I try to use the "Contact Us" or edit my address it asks me for a second password. I enter this second password and the following error occurrs:

There was an error processing your request.

The incident has been logged and we are working to correct the problem. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I thought the problem was the latest version of Firefox but it wasn't. Error appears on Internet Explorer 7 too. Error appears even with zone alarm and all antivirus, antispywares off. I had never had this problem before. I had always been able to use those features fine.

Now, I asked my wife to log in to this same CJ account at her work and she doesn't have this problem at all.

I left cable modem disconnected all night and IP was renewed. Still error appears. I used CrapCleaner to clean the cache and other junk too. Still error appears.

What should I do next guys? What exactly from my computer is triggering this error? It's been a week already.

    Thank you for your time.

Thanks but that's what I heard the first day. It's been a week already.

Anybody has any other suggestions? I would appreciate them.

    CALL THEM!

Really, you can actually speak to a human after navigating through 3 minutes worth of prompts (no kidding, exactly 3 minutes).

Check your security setting and add CJ as an allowed site. See what happens.

As I said, calling didn't work. The gave me the run around and promised to call me back every time I called. Never did.

Thanks anarmyofme. I just received the same suggestions from CJ by email. Somehow Firefox blocked Cj.com and IE 7 too. My problem is resolved. Thank you all for your suggestions.
