help me editing vbulleting 4.14

    Hello Honorable Members of the digital point forums

    i got a job for developing a forum for webdevelopers by vBulletin 4.14 version for uk clients.

    i did setup 1stly with cms , then he told me do not need cms. how ever

    then try to delete csm but after deleting cms do not found home page, since he did seo for home page only. now i got danger. now again setup without CMS.

    now he want the extensions should be as like digitalpoint forum( when click any lmenu link the address bar of the browser should be like this forum), you may

    visit to help me webdevelopersforum dot o r g, also he want to use this with existing

    site, just he keep one link that site, but now i do not understand how to create new menu link, i am now great danger, i am warmly requesting you suggest me.
