Help me decide please !

    Which CMS should I use?

    I don't have much requirements, but these are three essential things that i want:-

    1. SEO friendly.

    2. I want this feature that registered members can't login, until they are approved by the admin.

    3. Paypal Billing feature (I must be able to add this)

    Please advise.

    1. Use ARTIO JOOM SEF
    2. Use Extended JUSER
    3. Use VirtueMart.
