    hello,
I have a website with .com domain.

one person registered same domain name with .eu tld

He copied thousands of my web pages using some scraper or offline browser software and uploaded them to his server after replacing his logo and links in his .eu tld domain.

So, He created a complete mirror site with everything copied from my site.

I looked at the whois record and emailed him many times, but he never responded.
I know his name, email from the whois.

I emailed and chatted with his web host ( one.com ).
They asked me to show them a court order from a US or EU court to close his site.

I do not live in US or EU.

How can I get a court order to show them ?
Can I get a court order online ?

I posted a spam report in google webmaster tools and they blocked the site from showing up in the search results for one of my keyword.

What to do next to close his site ?

    Please guide me.

    Thanks.

That site is hosted by one.com and I have complained to them.
They said that I need to show them a court order to close the site!

Complain to hosting provider with proof that you are having rights of original content and also try to contact domain registrar as well.

    DON.

you can ask your lawyer on how you can get a court order for this situation, he will know the legalities and procedures.
