help me choose two softwar please: youtube clone type of site

Hello guys

Moderator: please move to the right location if this is not appropriate. I think this is the most appropriate though.

I'm trying to build a youtube site and Have two script in mine:

1- clipshare http://www.clip-share.com
2- entertainment script http://www.entertainmentscripts.com/

What do you think is better? SEO and everything else esp. for building the new community.
