    I hope you people wont mind me posting this thread here ..
    I am starting a new site ....
    I have to upload so much there..
    i need space bandwidth and SERVICE
    its a site related to music..
    i am totally confused on which web host to choose !
    bluehost, hostgator, ix web hosting, hostmonster, stratlogic please vote and suggest me !

    Why doesn't anyone ever use Godaddy??? They are cheap and very reliable.

    Make sure to get enough space and transfer for site. I would try to find package that can be upgraded at any time

    works fine, prices are lower than bluehost but features are almost same.

    DreamHost, used to be a customer. Currently run my own hosting business.
    I have had excellent service, and awesome uptime with DreamHost, you get what you pay for :)

    Hey i just seen one review of hostgator - That guy told that hostgator deleted his all files without any confirmation from him also when he logged in to his account they said - You are using too much resources :eek:
    I am scared that do they delete any account like this if our site becomes popular ?:eek:

    Please help me coz i am also in a same trouble as OP is in.

    I've never had any trouble with hostgator for the 4 months i've been with them. 100% uptime and good support.

    and I think their hosting is great too. :)
