I just put my blog up last two days but I cannot decide which template to use and which is SEO friendly template

Choose one with nice and complex sidebar and simple header and main post design template. This will enable users to be on the site for more time. Or make the header more complex and make the main bar and side bar very simple. This might also help.

Only thing is, your post must be very easy looking and simple and long, that will help I guess.

Thank you for this. I though upgrading would be a good thing. And then it wasn't and I thought I was screwed. I hate change. Now I'm back to what I like in the first place.

There are lots of sites that offer free templates. be sure to select what you really wanted. nice and simple is the best template among all.

login to ur wordpress dashboard and when you search themes, put "seo adsense", you will get some good which are seo optimized and good for adsense also

 

If your blog is fully highlighting on creative writings or you are having a conversational blog then i will suggest you to go for a plain & simple white background Theme - "Clean Simple White Theme" http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/clean-simple-white (If you are using blogspot, then use the Template Designer to Design a Simple Minimalist Theme).
