Hi, I have a site that has been sitting idle for nearly the whole year getting around 500 uniques a month consistently with no promotion (100% type in or organic). I have the problem that my coder has decided to no longer support the script, and already some issues are popping up which are not worthwhile to spend my time and effort to fix, so I am looking to turn the site in order to promote affiliate programs. The site is proxyclicker.com. I can't find an affiliate program for a competing product, so what type of programs would you suggest?
That is a tough one. You may want to look at perhaps reselling traffic or something along those lines from a traffic supplier. Anything "proxy" related can be difficult as many people using proxies want it to be "free".
I was thinking of reselling traffic, it could work however goes against all the 'fake hits' back link building I did. I don't think that the proxy word will be an issue as I assume most visitors to my site are webmasters.
