It sounds to me like your best aspect of the service you want to provide is the parents being able to get help in choosing their daycare provider. I would focus on that aspect for the name and go for something people would type into the browser to help your site be found better, ex"ratemydaycare.com" or if it is going to be a more specific area you plan to isolate on then use that "NYdaycareratings.com" you know what I mean?
Why not some different name altogether? You should think about the possibility that you one day might wish to expand into other verticals. I would recommend choosing a name that is not so specific to one industry.
childcarebank.com The bank of child care .. childcarepool.com The pool where you swim for information about child care. etc.. lot's of ideas be creative
kdemonte touched on this. I think you should focus on a specific region first, your state for instance. If it starts succeeding, branch out to other states. I say this as I can't see there being much demand for one national or global website dedicated to this area. So, my suggestion would be a domain that contains the region you are targeting.
