There is this site www.mehsus.com where people uploads nude/photoshopped pic of various yahoo users . This site is registered with fake information ( not real) Is there any process using which i can claim that site belongs to someother XYZ person instead of going through legal procedure . any help will be appreciated !!
It looks like they used Domains by Proxy through GoDaddy to register the domain: http://who.godaddy.com/whoischeck.aspx?Domain=MEHSUS.COM That means the registration information isn't necessarily fake, you just can't see it. I don't know how you could claim that the information isn't correct when you can't see it. (The normal procedure would be to contact the domain registrar and inform them that the reg information was fake and they would investigate and possibly disable the domain.)
They did the registration with fake information.i know the guys who run it . I need to know how should i contact the domain registrar..
