That one works pretty well for me, it's online, free and converts to pretty much anything. I guess the downside of not doing it locally is that you have to upload/download the video, but it's good for small files where you dont want to have to deal with bits of software you'll never use again.

I would say xilisoft .. however you did not specify what format of video you would like to convert from and to .. that makes a huge difference..

You may even find free software that gets the job done ... You should specify details ..

 

Total video converter is good one to use. lot of files formats.

 

I would recommend media-convert.com, it's very simple and easy to figure out, and doesn't extremely lower the quality of the videos.

Anyway, I was looking through my old PC today and I saw dvdvideosoft's convertors, they're properly free (not like the ones that say they're free, then charge you money or put on a watermark / limit video length ).
