Why are you guys suggesting him a CPC? He's clearly looking for CPM network... Well, regarding cpm networks, it all depends on your site/traffic quality/content etc... I assume you're quite new to whole IM thing, so you'd rather go some networks that are friendly to new publishers. Take a look at TribalFusion, Epom Market and ClickBooth. Personally I've started with Epom market. I had few blogs, now I'm monetizing filesharing sites, and you know their rates are more than remarkable, as well as their support (24/7 skype support, which was really helpful when I've just started to make some bucks). With blogs I've made some money, not so much, but my sites weren't that good
