Hello Oleg, Your other site is not converting as many customers for the following reasons... -You banner image is too large and it's not clear just by looking at the image that you are a site selling property. Try to find an image that makes this clearer. -Set up a search box above-the-fold like on your site that is performing better. Give them options to narrow their search according to price, location, etc. -Not many people are going to read your "wall of text." Keep in mind that people like to scan on this internet. Design your site so it's scanable and easy to find the information they need. -You are missing navigation along the left side of the page. -You are also missing an "About Us" page that tells people who you are. It should have a photo and story. People want to know who they are dealing with. People want to do business with people, not with websites. If you want more tips check out our blog. Your site is hard to use... I spent 20 mins trying to figure out the location to some things. Take a step back and think to yourself "how can I make this site easier for my users to use?"
