Help - Lost Work

Hi

I have accidently deleted a file containing some important documents and then emptied my recycle bin.

Does anybody know any way of retrieving the files. I think i deleted the file last night if it makes any difference.

Try not to use that computer or disk in the meantime because that area of the disk could be overwritten with something new.

 

There are lots of softwares available to recover that, there are even ones which can recover a formatted harddisk, if it was a document, I am sure you will be able to recover that, try the software at recovermyfiles.com Only video's and pictures will be difficult to recover... Hope this helps or google for data recovery softwares

my computer was crashed and than it was like 1 week and i went to one software consultant company and they recovered everything in $30 in my Country
i remember that recovery software name its Ez recovery try to search it .. i think it costs $49.95

Would it also depend on the computer? I hear that file recovery on mac is almost impossible. But I use windows so I can't say for sure.
