Help- Lost New Keyword Tool that Shows Competitors Ad Spend

    When reading my daily blogroll I ran across a tool that would allow me to put in a url and would give me the average Paid Search spend on that Advertiser. I can't find the link - anyone know what this is ????

    I still don't get there dollar conversion $6.31k - $29.00k +$15.48k (712.45 %) can someone explain - I guess Im having a blond moment
