Alright I just started having this issue on my FedoraCore VPS linux server hosted at GoDaddy. Recently I had a issue with firefox downloads, so the HTTPD.CONF file had to be edited to fix this issue.

Now, I cant seem to upload/delete anything from my ftp, this is the errors I get:

    On WinSCP:
    Permission denied.
    Error code: 3
Error message from server: Permission denied
    Request code: 13

    On any other FTP:
    550 Delete operation failed

It used to work before, but apparently no it dosn't at all. Being a 550 error, I am guessing its permession related, but went through my entire Simple Control panel and there seemed nothing there that caused it.

Any help? Was it the HTTPD that might have caused this?

    Thanks

httpd does nothing to ftp. You need to check the permission of folder you want to upload to. If you have your own VPS, why not check it in ssh?
