If the page that links to you has more than 100 outbound links, then it is not very likely that it will pass any link juice to you at all.

Of all the SEO techniques out there, link exchanges provide the least amount of benefit.

My advice is to get out there, and find every blog article and forum topic that is talking about whatever it is your website is about, and talk about your topic. Let people know you are knowledgable about your subject. Answer peoples questions, provide help form time to time. Put your link in your signature, and perhaps drop a link here or there when it is appropriate. This is a much better technique of building natural backlinks, and it will provide better results in your seo efforts.

Don't ignore link exchange. Exchange link with worthy blogs. Blogs that the owners of the blog care about their blogs. Go to the link exchange forum on the forum and do link exchange.

Link Market is a RECIPROCAL link exchange, where you both agree to place link to each others sites. Almost pointless nowadays for linkbuilding and passing linkjuice as Google heavily discounts reciprocal links.

What you are looking for is a link exchange that uses a clever system that allows its members to build one way links rather than reciprocal links. I can't make it more clear, but astonishingly it still seems to be passing people by....

    I have one question:

Better Link exchange/reciprocal link or one way link/buy link?

It's better to have one way links. If this means buying links, it's still better than link exchange.

ya its always better having one way link. But Google also count reciprocal links.
    so u can try both..

WAY better to have one way links.

Remember, the ratio of inbound links to outbound links is a MAJOR determinate to your pagerank.
