Help: It seems something's wrong with my new domain...

I made a new site with a new domain.
I put 10 links or so from my sites and blogs to it.

It was indexed right away and ranked #38 or so on Google.
I thought it was a good start.

Then, a couple of days later, it's gone from Google, not even under #500.

I thought it was the sandbox issue, and put a question on the sub-forum here about it. (If you go to the "sandbox" section you can see my question)

But, the problem might lie somewhere else, and I need your thoughts about it.

    I googled my domain, "www.mydomain.com"

Then, it did show my site on top, and strangely enough, my sub-page was on top, and under it was my index page. I thought it was weird.

Then, I looked below it, then there was a site with a title which is very porn!
And under the title, the description put a lot of domain names, like somethingsex.com or somethingporn.net, then there was my domain!!
It is not even porn-like domainname, but somehow my domainname was there.

So it looked like this on Google

Lesbian girls do something something (you fill in the blanks)
    ---------------------------------------------------------
    pornsite.com newsomethingporn.net lesbiangirlssomething.com
    mydomain.com sexsomething.net (and goes on)

Do you understand my description here??

I clicked the site, but the site was almost blank.

Anyway, I thought that the domain might have been used for a porn site before, and it did something spammy and banned, that's why my site is "gone" from Google now.

    I need your opinions.

I'm wondering if I should get a new domain and move the site.
It is a relatively new site so it won't hurt, but should I wait for a while?
Is it too early to judge? It could be just sandbox.....

My site is still indexed FYI.

    Thanks

as you have stated that you site is a new one, i think it's the sandbox issue. continue with your SEO/SEM efforts and you will definitely notice the positive difference.
