Lol to all those who think it's fake. Would you like me to take a video of my adsense account to prove it? You think I have nothing better to do then to photoshop my adsense account to make it seem like I was being click bombed. The only think I did photoshop was the white bar I put over top of the other channels because those are my other sites that weren't click bombed so I didn't see a point to include them.

Clickbombing is a common problem and has been for years now. Not too long ago digitalpoint was banned from google adsense for being clickbombed. Clickbombing is when another users (usually a jealous web master) creates a script or manually clicks on your adds over and over again. In theory google will see all the fraud clicks and will raise a red flag or will ban you right on the spot. It happens so much that google actually setup a webpage where you can go and alert google to these illegal activities.

If you don't believe me that's okay, I could care less =). I have over 2,000 posts on digitalpoint and make close to 10k a month through cpc, cpa, link sales and cpm. I didn't post this image to earn respect or anything I just found it to be funny / amazing. I've never seen a 95% CTR and I figured you guys haven't either.

P.S. I still haven't heard back from goolge about this and the money is still in my account. I have my checks on hold though so they wont send me that money. Hopefully they will sort it out and send the money back to the advertisers.

That's not always true. Google tracks anything and everything. Most clickbombing cases are caused by illegal schemes and things like that. However, in my case I'm truly an innocent victim. I've contacted google twice now and told them I would not accept the money because it's cheating the advertisers. I've put my payments on hold until google has a chance to clear things up. If you're a legit publisher then google 9 times out of 10 will not ban you. With that being said I have seen a few honest publishers get banned for things they had no control over. Also I can ensure you this is no fake.

Yeah, I took all the steps google recommends so I think I will be okay. It's in google's hands now though and I shall see what they have to say about it.

That's my thinking exactly. I've been an honest published with google now since 2005. Never had any issues or anything and I've always followed their T.O.S. on every site I've ever owned.

Okay? What do I have to gain by posting this? Why would I fake it?

Nope it's not fake, it's just insane.

I have no idea, I really have no idea how the whole thing is possible. My server logs and tracking software only tracked 124 uniques on the day of the click bomb. If that's the case then how are there 4,800+ clicks? I don't know how any of this made it past google's fraud system. I would imagine they gather ip's of those who click on the ads. If 1 ip clicks on more then 1 ad I would think they would assume the 2nd click is invalid. I've seen it happen on a few of my sites I would have 1 click for 5 cents and then I would have 2 clicks for 5 cents. With this logic that means the click bomber would have had to use more then 4,000+ ips. If he did that though how come my stat tracker didn't show an increase in traffic? My only guess would be if the user came to my site fetched my source code and took the adsense code. Then he entered it into some program that would click on the ad. That may be far fetched but it's the only thing I can think of really.

Yeah I've heard of innocent people getting banned before, but it's rare. If you're innocent and you do everything google asks you then they should sort it out. I guess we will see when google emails me back.

Yeah I reported it. It was just 1 day that it did that though.

Hopefully Google will see that you are being proactive about it and realize that it isn't you trying to rip them off. They should be willing to work with you to resolve the situation.

This is really unbelievable. One can not have more clicks than impression. This is absolutely manipulated clicks. You need to contact Adsense customer support for this.

So OP what happened? Did google reply to you or not? Is your adsense account safe now? Did you get paid?

    Thanks
