I'm trying to install a site. The server is Zend running Unix or the other way about -- whatever it is. I need to modify the php.ini file because of server safety.

What's driving me nutso is I keep getting the message that ioncube loader needs to be installed. I've modified the php.ini file with the appropriate ioncube modified line for Zend manually.

I would use the helper file but either I can't find the damn thing or I've found it and it needs the f*'in loader file installed before I can get help to put the loader file in. Yeah, exactly! What's the point of a helper file if it needs the very file it's supposed to help you install in order for it to run?!?

I'm not very techie so if anyone knows what I might be doing wrong here, please spoon feed me the instructions in itsy bitsy bites. Thanks.

I've never heard of ioncube, btw. What a pain in the bahooka!
