Help installing phpBB on website

I have tried installing phpBB on my site - but after you fill out all the information , database name, host name etc and hit enter the page just refreshes and removes all the info you just added - I tried asking on the phpBB fourm and did not get a responce - anyone know what the solution is or of another Free Forums program ?

 

you can try MYBB that is free and looks gud
