First of all does your computer firewall allow port 80 to be opened externally

Is the server listening to port 80? Have you configured your router to allow port 80?

you need to type the IP of the hosting server, http://ip.here.ipe.here and make sure your firewall if any is allowing port 80 connection, if you want to use teh computers hostname, put the ip and hostname on the host file of teh client computer, that should do it.
