help installig php

hi i have brought loads of php scripts and i am having a bit of trouble installing them to my website host, does anyone know a easy way of doing this or any software that can do this, been having a bad week following dead leads that get me no where.

IT ALSO SAY THIS:

Make chmod 666 of config.inc.php, options.inc.php. And chmod 777 for members/uploads directory (chmod is only for UNIX systems)
