Help Install Small Image In Blog Header Please???

Issues with Image showing up on the header of my remodeling blog RemodelingOahu.com ---- Basically no matter what I do it will not display correctly - you will see the alt text display - but the image is not showing???? the replica image is posted on this blog Oahu-Handyman.com/blog on the right side bar - with my ftp filezilla open what file do i need to upload the image two?? to get the iMage displaying correctly --- ile give kudus to those who help ....
