Hi, I am a publisher. Ive been using Adsense for quite a while and am happy with it..but to increase the potential of my site i thot to look for more ad programs...sm1 suggested CJ to me and I registered on it and did all the formalities...but when i try to get links from the advertisers my request gets declined and some of them stays pending. I am not able to get whats wrong as any link i try to get it gets declined by the advertiser. Is there any prerequisites for using CJ - Get links?.....am I doing something wrong? Plz help!! Thnx in advance
I know this is a silly question but have you applied to the individual advertiser and been accepted or are you just clicking the get links button from the advertisers page? If your just grabbing links, it ain't gonna work. You must be accepted by the advertiser in order for the link to be valid and working. If the advertiser is showing up in your "My Advertisers" section at the bottom of your CJ index you should be able to get your links through there. If not, you should contact CJ through the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page.
dude i was tryin for individual advertiser but was getting declined everytime...even i know u cant get links without any advertisers....i was asking if ur getting declined by the advertisers what is supposed to be done or is there ny prerequisite u have to follow before applyin for particular advertiser....
As far as I know, there aren't any prerequisites for any advertisers. The advertisers you are choosing may simply not be accepting any new applicants at this time, which can happen.
i didnt stopped using it......i just started using CJ...bt now it seems no1 has ny info for my use regarding CJ so im gonna quit CJ .....adsense is the most user friendly ....
You just have to keep trying. A lot of the CJ advertisers won't accept you until you have established a history with the network, and of course you can't get than until you are accepted to an advertiser, its kind of a chicken and egg scenarios. Some programs will accept you automatically, check some of the hosting providers and things like that. They pay out pretty well ($60.00+ per sale) and they generally don't turn people down.
You did put your website in your account and enter information about it and check the boxes for the methods of promotion you will be using, right? And if so, did you check incentive offers?
ok do i have to check the "incentive offered" box? i didnt do it. maybe thats y..but i dnt provide ny incentives or charity thingy..any info bout this stuff thnx
No, sometimes affiliates don't like incentive sites so if you had that checked they might decline you.
