    I have image hosting site http://stanaca.com/imagehosting/ . I am receiving complaints from users that it is not working on some places.
    Please check and answer that it is opened or not.
    It seems that the domain ip is blocked on some places.
    what should i do.

    You should ask your web hosting provider to check their firewall or ask the complaint users to check their firewalls.

    You can also tell them to type

    Tracert stanaca.com

    in their commandline, and they will find the results themselves.
