    your site load score from googlelabs pagespeed is 80,its enoug. But i want give my suggest,too many widget in your sidebar :)

    hi, personally I wouldn't put my first adsense at the very top like you did.. I'm not sure people will click on it, better put it below the header..
    What ctr do you have on that block?
