HELP in Paypal!

I was buying things for xmas in ebay , and in all the things that i want to buy appear a error telling this

Please add a card to confirm your address.
Your card will only be charged if there is a remaining payment amount not covered by your PayPal balance.

i can not buy , "buy it now" anything , can someone help me , i dont have a credit card , can someone help me , i havea good reputation , i can pay for help me to solve this

 

you need to add a card to your paypal account. please add your cc or try adding a vcc..!!

 

Yes , but i buy more than 10 games for ps3 with out problem and in this week start this problem

 

I think probably your sending limit is over or your account got limited , chances are more of sending limit as you get email when your account gets limited.

 

well to solve your problem you can ask a friend of family member to use their paypal account to buy the items for you , then you pay your friend or family member
