    Hi all,
I've just decided to sell one domain I have, so I thought about flipping it in flippa, So I used some appraisal tools like estibot, and they have appraised it for $580. I think it may worth more, so what do you think??
    My domain is: easy4market(dot)com
this is a screenshot from estibot:

and this is from another tool:

So, what are your opinions about the price? do I have to offer for higher price? also what do you think will work better for me, flippa or domains forums??

    Thanks for your help ^_^

Ps: I don't really know if my post includes illegal issues or not, so I apologize in advance

You'd be wasting $10 to list it on Flippa, not to mention the cost of registering it. It's not worth anything. Why do you think a domain you just registered would be worth more than $580?

I also think you'd be wasting Flippa fees on that domain. It's not even worth $10 to most people I don't think. You'd be best of developing it and getting traffic coming in. That's about the only way I see you selling that domain to be honest.

Drop the appraisal sites - if you check in 5 different ones, you will get 5 completely different results. They can sometimes be useful for more experienced domainers to compare their desired price with the estimate but those are more rare cases.

As @sweetpea69 mentioned the domain is freshly registered so going for such a price would be ludicrous. Not to mention the number in the actual name which makes it harder to pass the Radio Test and further devaluates it.

You are obviously new to this domain game so it would be best to spend your time on learning for starters. You can check out NamePros as a nice domain community and other related forums. The people there will give you a better idea of what selling options you have, though you should not expect them to appraise the domain for you, just give you some guidance. Its really a subjective area so your best bet is to check with trial-and-error. And, of course, the most important thing is to learn how to find and communicate with potential clients, show them HOW the domain can be valuable for them and why is your pricing justified.

    Good luck ;)

I really like the way these newbies think we do not know about domain tools and who.is and cannot find out all domain information.

As long as there will be internet - as long there will be people trying to sell mud-cheap names for tons of money.
