Hi,i received a payment from a guy and now the status says "Hold".An fraud reviewer from Paypal is investigating a case.I got this email from Paypal.

I didn't do anything.I'm a genuine trader. But the guy who sent me the money has filed a claim stating this transaction was made without the account holders knowledge or consent.

And i saw this information from Paypal too
On my account it says that this is a unauthorized transaction. What should i do?Will i get in trouble (i didn't do anything,i'm not a scammer, the guy who sent the money has done some shit )????

    Guys please help me here!

There not saying you are, they are saying someone else used his account to make the purchase with you most likely. Do you ahve anytype of documentation to support the transaction, email, screen shot?

The person who paid you the money seems to be the cheater and he seems to have hacked into someone else's paypal account to pay you.
This is a customary mail and just an indication from paypal of your account having received the funds. This would be of not much use...imo

I do not think you can do anything except to wait for the judgment. Always be careful with whom you do the trade...mate.
