I built a very nice site, tried PPC (lost money), ordered a directory submission service, added content(unique articles), built some backlinks, but I'm getting NO TRAFFIC! According to my AwStats, I had 2 visitors today! What do you guys say about this?
It's like newlogo is saying, without knowing some more detail about what you are doing it's hard to diagnose the problem. In any case, it looks like you only have few articles and the rest of the site is busy pushing products. Perhaps you need to do more of what you've been doing to see results.. more articles, more backlinks.
tikijj, i am asking right question, to get traffic, one should know what keyword they are targeting and where rank they get, if u r not in top 10 page, there is no traffic i think, so hope u understand, what i need to convey.
it's strange why such a low traffic.we get reasonable traffic by just social bookmarking our content.

BlackhatGuide has some NICEEEE traffic methods. I'm using a traffic method that's getting me 1,000+ uniques per day on one of my blogs. Works like a charm, I suggest you go and check it out.
I also have problems getting traffic. When people say build backlinks, are we talking 100's or 1000's? (example: stop underarm sweating niche)
Buy the traffic or earn it yourself. If you tried PPC and lost money, it probably means that someone else is able to make money on the same keywords. PPC is just based on highest bid.
you don't have to just focus on ppc there are 100 different other ways you can get traffic. let me mention this, i seen your website forexdreams.com, i see you don't have no optin form you should be building your list. Remember NOT everyone is going to buy your product the first time. you may get 1 sale out of 100. So what happens to the other 99 people? There gone for good. Have you tried social bookmarking..? If so, are your titles interesting enough such that a person can't help himself but read it..? Are your contents interesting enough so that surfers would want to return to your website to check out your contents..? Answer these questions.. You might find the answer to your problem..
Go to related niche forum and then participate to discussion. Give some valuable contribution and be active. You would be seeing some traffic.
if you are using ppc for you site Please check you keyword's by google estemator if google say this keyword have a 50 traffice then you have use ppc. else you have getting a loss time to time
