[HELP] IE Has A Mind of It's Own With Centered Content

    I have been working on a site for a client for two years and we still have not launched, puke. Recently the site has decided not to center in Internet Explorer, but it does in Firefox. I have been trying to debug the site, but am stumped. The links is below. If anyone has ideas I would be grateful.
