    This is why am using pixabay and pexels those are free to use images even commercially . cco images are way better to use and fearless to use on any website's

    That's foolish. There are good creative commons/royalty-free photo sites out there. Why take from a site that will end up suing you?

    Use Unsplash, for example.

    Try negotiating with the attorney first, but you are screwed no matter what. You may end up paying $1,500 or having to file bankruptcy. Either way you are screwed.
